Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to www.myxeal.com and the services of XEAL Education Services ("XEAL", "we", "us") offered on it. By using this website or paying a registration fee you agree to them.

1. Who we are

XEAL Education Services is based in Srinagar. Its units are XEAL Education Works (college admission guidance, at www.xealeducationworks.com), XEAL Classes (coaching for Class 11, Class 12, NEET and JEE), Cafe X and myLawyer & Associates.

2. Registration fee

• Students can register online for college admission help or for coaching by paying a registration fee of ₹2,000.
• The fee is adjusted against the student's later admission service fee or coaching fee.
• The fee is not refundable once paid, except as stated in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• Full fees for admission services and coaching are agreed separately and given in writing.

3. Admissions

Admission to any college depends on the college, the counselling authority and the student's eligibility. XEAL does not guarantee a seat.

4. Coaching

Batch timings, syllabus coverage and fees are shared at admission. Results in exams depend on the student's own effort.

5. Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Amounts are in Indian Rupees. Payments are received by XEAL Education Services.

6. Your responsibilities

Please give correct details when you register and do not misuse this website.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any paid service is limited to the amount paid for it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, have jurisdiction.
