Refund and Cancellation Policy

Registration fee (₹2,000)

• The ₹2,000 registration fee for college admission help or coaching is adjusted against your later fee and is not refundable once paid.
• If your payment failed but money was deducted, or you were charged twice by mistake, the amount is refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• To report a failed or double payment, email info@xeal.in or WhatsApp +91 96973 60000 with your name, mobile number and payment ID.

Cancellation

There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. If you decide not to continue, the registration fee is not refunded.

Other services

Refunds for admission service fees and coaching fees follow the written terms given at admission. Cafe X and legal fees are not paid on this website.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay. Your bank may take a few more days to show the amount.
